Transforming Network Infrastructure Week in Review: COLOTRAQ, NETSCOUT, Cisco & More
Digital transformation has taken hold, driving a new era of innovation in the data center and beyond. Starting with the transformation of network infrastructure and ending with the user experience, change is in the air. And with the weekend upon us, there’s no better time than the present to take a look at the week that was in network transformation news: Time for the Week in Review!
COLOTRAQ announced the arrival of a Data Center Migration service for partners and customers. “Our experience has been that data center migrations are the single most critical move a company can make and remain the primary reason many companies don’t take advantage of the growing number of newer, more efficient data centers in the marketplace,” said COLOTRAQ CEO and founder Dany Bouchedid. “Our goal is to mitigate the risk and reduce the resource strain a data center move can place on an organization.” TMC’s Paula Bernier has all the details HERE.
Peak 10 Inc. is making the most of the summer months. Following a June announcement of plans to acquire ViaWest Inc, this week the national IT infrastructure provider unveiled a new partnership with Console Connect and Zayo Group Holdings to take part in the purchase. Everything you need to know is HERE.
The community featured a couple special guest contributions. First, Sanjay Munshi, VP Product Management at NETSCOUT, explored the notion of open computing, how architecture is evolving and the age of the Packet Broker 2.0. Munshi’s complete insight is HERE.
Digital transformation is all around us, and the straw that stirs this drink is the data center. Antonella Corno, Senior Manager, Product Strategy, Learning@Cisco explained, “Enterprises need access to data from anywhere. They must analyze it instantly and then use it to make rapid decisions closer to where the data came from in order to fuel innovation and reach their desired business outcomes.” Find Corno’s analysis HERE.
Remember to stop by early and often for all things transforming network infrastructure! See you next week!
