NetJapan, Inc., Releases ActiveImage Protector™ 4, A Revolutionary New Backup Solution for Home and Small Office Use

NetJapan, Inc., publisher of disk imaging backup, system disaster recovery and virtualization software solutions, today announced the launch of ActiveImage Protector™ 4, a brand new, easy-to-use backup and disaster recovery solution for home and small office users.

ActiveImage Protector™ 4 is a brand new solution from NetJapan that offers complete backup and disaster recovery for Windows-based laptops and desktops. The solution protects everything on a user's computer, including emails, personal files, videos, music, photos and the entire Windows system. Backups are very easy to setup and recovery is even easier using the Linux- or Windows-based recovery environments from a DVD or USB flash drive.

While this new release is designed to meet the needs of home users, it is not a limited product by any means. ActiveImage Protector 4 includes many of the features found in NetJapan's business-oriented solutions, including Smart Sector Technology, Inline Data Deduplication Compression, USB SmartDetect™ and Cloud replication to personal and private clouds.

Key Benefits include:

  • Two easy-to-use boot and recovery environments (Linux- or Windows-based) on a USB flash drive or DVD.
  • Boot the recovery environment directly from the system partition on your hard disk.
