Instantly start up standby virtual machines from a selected boot point or the most recent backup image, bypassing a lengthy restoration process. vStandby AIP now supports both Hyper-V and VMware vSphere 6 hypervisors.
Standby virtual machines created from ActiveImage Protector backup files can be started up instantly. vStandby AIP combines the fast recovery speed of vStandby with ActiveImage Protector's advanced backup technologies, providing incremental boot points offering users a better alternative for disaster ready instant recovery. vStandby AIP's Instant Recoverability minimizes downtime by eliminating tasks asociated with lengthy restoration and conversion processes.
